Weekend activities

Well, let's see...Friday night was nice and relaxing. Made some hand-pulled panko shrimp with a sweet Thai chili sauce. Also had a mango chipolte chili sauce on the side. Very nice. Saturday, did some running around with Alex and stopped in at my buddy Andy's garage. Quite a guy & quite a genius. If you are ever looking for an honset master mechanic that is certified at everything, Andy is your guy. Dinner with Alex was quite the event. Keg on Thurlow and ran into Sara & Evelynn. Had the 28oz primerib rare and as many scotches as Forrest Gump had Dr. Peppers. Also, the ladies where buying shots of espresso vodka. Mmmmmmm, very dangerous. Met some lovely people as Alex and I talked about the marketing of his script. Got home around 3:30am & drank a couple bottles of water and went to bed. Got up today at 3:00pm! Made a wonderful blueberry-orange-banana smoothie and proceeded to watch hockey & a bit of the masters. Also, congrats to the mens curling squad for winning the world champion
ships! Well, Calgary just beat San Jose. They came back from a 3-0 defecit to win 4-3.
So, that's the weekend in a nutshell. Time for a cup of tea and a bit of email returns and off to bed. Bye for now.
